What we collect. When you request a free CV review, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone (optional), your choice on the optional SMS consent box, category of interest, CV or summary, country of birth, and current immigration status.

Why. We use it to review whether your record may fit EB-1A or EB-2 NIW, to check category and timing, to run a conflict check, and to reply to your inquiry.

Who sees it. Your submission is seen by Foto Legal's attorney and staff. Service providers process it only on our behalf, to run our services: website hosting and database providers host the site and store form submissions and uploaded CVs, a customer relationship management service records form details so we can follow up on your request, and text messages are sent through our business phone and text messaging provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our form, or text us first, Foto Legal LLC may send you text messages about your inquiry: replies to your request, case-status updates, document requests and deadline reminders. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at joseph@fotolegalfirm.com or (985) 276-4490. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service. Consent is given to Foto Legal LLC only (one-to-one consent) and is not transferred to any other company. See our SMS Terms.

Mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services, such as our business phone and text messaging provider. All the sharing described above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Confidentiality. Information you send to evaluate a possible representation is treated as confidential under the Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct, even if we do not take your matter.

How long we keep it. If you do not become a client, we keep your submission for 90 days and then delete it. Client files are kept according to the engagement agreement and the firm's file-retention practice. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time.

Safeguards. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your requests. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. Email joseph@fotolegalfirm.com.

No attorney-client relationship. Sending the form does not make Foto Legal your lawyer. Please do not send other sensitive documents until we ask.
